What is POSE?
POSE (Piece Of Shit (That Doesn't Work Right) Expo) is a game jam that anyone can join where just about all submissions are allowed. You can submit anything that counts as a "game", even if it is not a traditional video game.
Most importantly: there are NO engine restrictions. Games could even just be still images (like a maze) or text documents. You can get creative with what you use for your game.
Note: There is another related competition planned known as -E (E-MINUS). More details will be revealed when we have them.
When does POSE happen?
POSE will happen at any time for any period of time (usually between 24-48 hours). There is at least a 24 hour warning before POSE starts, but other than that there is no specific schedule.
What are the rules?
Submit a game. (Games can only be hosted here if they follow the lisardggy.xyz rules)
What is POSERSnet?
POSERSnet is a now defunct forum (started in 2008) that created the POSE format, as well as the original -E. The site went offline on December 21st, 2012, after the head admin of the site (DirtyLarry007) banned all users and deleted all threads. We hope to bring back some memories from POSERSnet as well as attempt to archive anything we can find from the site's lifespan.
