No false promises here! Just read some of the glowing reviews from the many people who have tried this. πŸ˜‡πŸ”ͺπŸ… You’ll take about 2 hours more than ordering home delivery! it’s not healthier! and it’s not at all versatile you cant add or switch the vegetables as you please. So much easier to just spend 3 hours making this yourself rather than ordering doordash and having it arrive cold and with the wrong items…… right?? πŸ˜‰ The secret ingredient is salt and pepper probably!!!! I was born and raised in a small town just outside of Cleveland, Ohio. There were a lot of things that I loved about my home town. It was a perfect place to grow up. My town was the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else. So when a new boy and his family moved into our little town, when I was just 10 years old - we were instant friends. Even at that young age, this 4th grader managed to capture my attention - mostly with acts of teasing and hair pulling. πŸ˜… But by the time we were 15 - we had moved past the stage of playground buddies and we went on our first date. He didnt come back πŸ˜’ Anyways! My father used to make this perfect tomato soup whenever i asked for it and never anytime else as he hated me and hated cooking but he loved drinking and smoking so its okay!πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‡ Youll notice we dont use measurements because we arent fucking pussies use your heart tells you to use Recipe: start by peeling your onions wash your vegetables please god wash your vegetables im going to kill you oh my god go ahead and dice your onions super fine quater your tomatos and if you arent using canned and diced remove any hard bits they wont soften even though youll be blending it in the end put your pot on the stove and put butter in it add your onions and saute them until theyre like translucent add your tomatos and their juice, salt, pepper, baking soda and thyme if youre using fresh tomatos and there isnt any juice just use a teeny bit water i guess i dont know dont use too much baking soda only about 1/4 of a spoon itll help with reducing the acidity of the tomatos and keep the cream from curdling bring it to a boil and let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until slightly thickened transfer into a blender and blend until completely smooth blend for much longer than you think you need to taste it here and see if you need more salt and pepper and maybe a bit of sugar dont add too much as the salt and pepper will overpower the soup at this step if too much is added to avoid overpowering it add the salt and pepper onto a spoon and taste it before adding it to the rest of the soup put it back into a pot over low heat slowly stir in your orange juice and heavy cream you can also add tomato paste here if the colour isnt red enough for you i use like 1 and half cup of orange juice from fresh oranges but you can use high quality bottled orange juice or just skip it all together im not your mother put it in your best looking bowl and use a spoon to slowly drizzle heavy cream on top and add a sprig of basil on top serve with bread or croutons or grilled cheese i dont know anymore please free me please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please I'm inspired by each and every one of you who have found my website and taken the time to read my stories and recipes. I realized that there were other mentally ill people who were using my blog as a recipe resource as well. Before I knew it, I had started to share stories about my life and post pictures of my family along with each recipe. Without even realizing what had happened - I had become a food blogger. It is your encouragement and support that has motivated me to continue posting recipes and sharing my stories. I'm forever grateful to every one of you who has been a part of this journey with me.
