I have spent years working on the perfect chicken parm recipe im revealing this only in hopes of it being slightly funny Ingredients: chicken breasts OR thighs with bone in (remove bone after purchase as it cheaper than buying thighs with bone out) Garlic lots of it onions white wine ginger garlic paste salt pepper pasta/macaroni (optional the true star of the dish here is the chicken itself) crushed canned tomatos tomato paste olive oil AP flour panko egg mozarella (VERY IMPORTANT) Recipe: Marinate your chicken in ginger garlic paste, white wine, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes minimum dice onions and garlic small you want it to disappear in the sauce while your chicken is marinating boil your pasta if you want some and start on the sauce in a pan on medium to high heat toss in your onions in hot olive oil until transparent put in garlic until fragrent do not let it sit for longer as it will burn the garlic and make it very bitter put in about a tablespoon of tomato paste and let it fry for a minute put in canned tomatos along with some white wine let it boil for a while and add salt and pepper to taste (this is not the real sauce recipe but it is a very good sauce recipe as my dad wouldnt share the secret recipe he uses) its time to fry the chicken we need to set up a breading station of flour egg panko in that order take your chicken coat in flour egg and panko and then in egg and panko again and fry in face melting hot oil IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU DO NOT OVERFRY THE CHICKEN YOU ONLY NEED TO FRY IT UNTIL IT IS VERY LIGHTLY GOLDEN BROWN IT WILL FINISH COOKING IN THE OVEN while frying pre heat your oven to the highest temp itll go this next part is very important its what will make the chicken extremely juicy put your chicken on an oven tray you MUST layer the sauce ontop of the chicken coating the top perfectly and then grate a stupid amount of mozzarella cheese ontop into the oven until the cheese is perfectly done up to your preference finish with pasta tossed in the sauce but again pasta is not required the chicken is very addictive
